Yes — the Saturday Rental starts from $3,850, the Friday/Sunday Rental starts from $3,250, the Micro Wedding package (Monday–Thursday, up to 6 hours, up to 100 guests) is $1,750, and the Elopement Package (Monday–Thursday, up to 4 hours, up to 50 guests) is $899. We also welcome full-venue weekday weddings — email us for custom pricing.
Your date is not considered reserved until we've received a signed rental agreement and the required non-refundable deposit.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The amount varies by event and package, and will be provided once you begin the booking process. This is separate from the $500 refundable security deposit due closer to your event.
Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in loss of the reserved date.
Your rental includes venue access from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM, the heated and cooled indoor space, outdoor ceremony and reception areas, bridal and groom suites, prep kitchen, Wi-Fi, on-site parking, tables and chairs, basic setup/teardown and trash removal, and a venue coordinator on-site. Not included: table linens, decorating services, coordinator/planning services, dinnerware, cake services, alcohol, bartending, catering, photography, DJ, and officiant.
Optional add-ons include a programmable RGB color-changing lighting system and an in-ceiling speaker system with two microphones and a sound engineer.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Carolinas Lane to be effective. All payments made, including the retainer, are non-refundable and retained as liquidated damages regardless of the reason for cancellation, and your date will be released to other clients. You may reinstate your event by selecting a new date within 14 days of the written cancellation, subject to availability and approval, with standard terms and Change Fee policies applying. If not reinstated within that 14-day window, all monies paid are forfeited and you remain responsible for the agreed-upon liquidated damages.
Carolinas Lane does not provide or serve alcohol — clients must contract their own insured, professional bartender.
All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
Self-service alcohol is not permitted.
A minimum of $1,000,000 liquor liability insurance per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate policy is required, with proof submitted no later than 30 days before the event.
Alcohol service must end no later than 30 minutes before the end of the event.
Only beer, wine, and champagne may be served — liquor is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol may never be served to minors under any circumstances.
Carolinas Lane is a smoke-free and e-cigarette-free indoor property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any part of the building and are allowed outside only
One clearly marked designated smoking area is provided on the property.
A fine of $250.00 per incident will be imposed for any violation of this policy.
Pets are not allowed except approved service animals or family pets directly involved in the event, with prior approval.
Carolinas Lane maintains an Open Vendor Policy — you're free to choose your own bartender, caterer, photographer, florist, and DJ, along with a required wedding planner or certified event coordinator.
All vendors must be approved by the venue and carry proper liability insurance.
A Certificate of Insurance and signed Vendor Rules Agreement must be submitted at least 30 days before the event.
